Giveaway
Ok here is what I have decided to giveaway in celebration of the clean sewing room. It is a layer cake with pattern, FQ bundle, and a big scrap bag (not pictured) you can comment here. I use totes of different sizes

ReplyDeleteI put mine in clear plastic boxes sorted by shape. Squares, strips and odd shapes each have their own boxes.

ReplyDeleteI just throw all of my scraps in a large plastic tote until I get the urge to scrap quilt. It hides under my sewing table so it's not seen & not in the way. Not the neatest system in the world but it works for me.

ReplyDeleteScraps are crazy good! I try very hard to cut ups scraps as I get them. 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5 inch sqs. Those are the sizes I use the most. Right now I am making a 3.5 bow tie block. So I need 2 2" and 2 1.25" Sqs. I need almost 800 bow ties. I have a little over 400! I separate by size my scraps. That works best for me.
